COMMENTS:  Vicki in front of the Hotel Mary Carmen.  The hotel is concrete construction with doors facing onto the pedestrian avenue that runs along the back side of town square.  All rooms face inward into the interior courtyard, with a minimum of exterior windows.  This proved good construction for weathering a hurricane.
